We recognise that the key to product freshness is getting temperatures as low as possible, as quick as possible: This is where the blast freezers enter the equation. The blast freezers can be set between -55C to 0C and are ideal for customers who need to freeze fast with the ability to freeze products in 24 hours.
All areas within the plant, other than the freezers, operate at a constant zero degrees Celsius. The facility’s load out area also operates at this temperature to ensure product is kept at an optimum temperature for freshness. Remote electronic monitoring equipment monitors the facility’s performance and rapid roll doors keep temperatures constant.
